\u2022 The agreed fee includes expenses, travel expenses, travel expenses for briefing and VAT. Travel expenses for flights: Business class, for train journeys: 1st class, travel in own car: 0,58 \u20ac\/km, hotel accommodation: 4-star-category<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 The entire seminar or lecture technique will be coordinated beforehand and provided by the organizer.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 In case of cancellation of the order by the client up to 30 days before the beginning of the event, 50 % of the fee will be due. In case of later cancellation, 100 % of the fee will be charged.<\/span><\/p>

Open seminars.<\/h2>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u2022 A written registration is binding. It can be done by post, fax, internet or e-mail. After receipt of your written registration you will receive a confirmation of registration as well as the invoice. In addition: your invitation, a hotel brochure and directions.<\/p>

\u2022 The participation fee is to be transferred without deduction within 20 days after the invoice has been issued to the account indicated on the invoice. If you register at short notice, however, the amount must be credited to our account at the latest before the seminar begins.<\/p>

\u2022 Travel and accommodation costs are to be borne by the participant and are not included in the seminar price. The participant pays the hotel bill on the day of departure directly at the hotel. A contractual relationship between the participant and the hotel is exclusively between the participant and the hotel.<\/p>

\u2022 If the lecturer is unable to attend the seminar and the seminar cannot take place, the full seminar fee will be refunded to registered participants. There is no further claim for expenses incurred.<\/p>

\u2022\u00a0No liability is assumed for accidents during the seminar as well as for loss or damage of objects due to carelessness on the part of the participants during an event. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the fact that we do not leave any valuable objects unattended.<\/p>

\u2022\u00a0In case of cancellation the participant pays: Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the seminar begins: 50% of the participation fee. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the seminar begins: 100% of the participation fee. A substitute participant can be provided.<\/p>

<\/strong>All documents handed over to participants in connection with the event are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without the consent of praesentarium.<\/p>

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
<\/strong>These general terms and conditions are subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Changes to the contract, supplements and ancillary agreements require the written form in order to be valid, unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions. The written form requirement shall also apply to the waiver of this form requirement.
